My world is built out of clashing pinks and purples and acid greens, electric platform boots with spikes that mean business, hair that curls like smoke, monsters perched on shoulders like familiars who've never once been good influences. I love the in-between — cute and unsettling living in the same frame, glamour and gore holding hands. A crown made of brains. A creature with a hundred staring eyes and bone earrings. A girl with mismatched eyes who looks like she knows something you don't.
I draw to make things feel strange, electric, a little dangerous, and a little bit beautiful anyway.”
