“Hi, I’m Michael O'Malley!

I started painting frogs because I wanted to paint something fun. These frogs are soldiers because life asks us to fight for ourselves sometimes, and they're kings because surviving that fight is its own kind of crown. Healing is rarely sudden — it happens slowly, one day at a time, but the important part is continuing forward. One frog turned to two, two turned to three, and next thing you know we had a hundred frogs, and somewhere along the way I really started to enjoy these little soldiers and kings. And it's true — anyone could paint these. That's exactly why I chose them. The simplicity isn't an accident; it's the point. Frogs are easy, unpretentious, a little goofy — just like the people they represent, carrying weight nobody else can see while still showing up, still smiling, still moving. Because no matter what, we keep going.”
