I came back to art in my thirties after years away, working now across acrylic, mixed media, and sculpture. My paintings bring together animals, plants, crystals, and bones, pairing the wild with the precious in ways that feel a little surreal, a little whimsical, always rendered in saturated color. At the heart of it is reverence: for the strange beauty of the natural world, for the creatures and minerals and small rituals most people walk past, and for the wonder of looking closely enough to really see them.”
